Every item in our shop is carefully sourced and made-to order through our trusted production partners. Because of this small-batch model, we're unable to accept physical returns. 

However - your experience matters to us. if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we're here to help. 

Refunds 

We offer refunds for the following:

• Damaged items
• Incorrect items
• Quality issues

Simply contact us at support@monarchshop.us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo (if applicable)

We'll take care of the rest. 

Final Sale Items

Because our products are made-to-order and shipped directly from our production partners, all items are considered final sale unless damaged or defective.

This helps us keep prices fair, reduce waste, and continue offering small-batch, curated pieces. 

Sizing & Fit Support

We know shopping online can be tricky, so we provide:

• Detailed size charts
• Fit notes (true to size, relaxed fit, etc)
• Material descriptions
• Styling suggestions
